RECIPES & MEAL PLANS
recipes with nutrients needed for each unique phase of pregnancy & beyond
Our Philosophy
At Birth Halo, all of our services are designed with you and your baby in mind. Our recipes are curated for expecting parents by expecting parents who are also nutritionists, cooks, and medically trained experts.
After giving birth to their children, the founders of Birth Halo could not find many cookbooks, blogs, or corners of the internet that put together a group of recipes specifically created for the nutritional needs and demands of new or expecting parents. Moreover, they could not find those recipes organized in a way that made meal planning or grocery delivery easy. The solution: Birth Halo recipes. These are a blend of recipes that combine Eastern medicinal wisdom surrounding birth, Ayurvedic medicine, and Western studies that make nutrition more accessible for a new parent.
Transitions are not easy, but we believe that a healthy mind and body are essential in navigating this new phase of life.
